Birth of Alok Engineering Industries
Establishment of new venture Alok Engineering which was previously known as RELIABLE ENGINEERING. It was just a team of 10 with only two Lathes, two vertical milling & a Single Cylindrical Grinding, Surface Grinding, Tool & Cutter Grinding & Drilling Machine. Apart from carrying out the maintenance & fixture spare part work, we started Designing & manufacturing of Fixtures for Honing, Hobbing, Shaving, Broaching, Engine assembly, Final 2 Wheeler & 3 Wheeler Vehicle assembly, Eyelet welding fixtures, relation gauges, Sealing Dies, Blanking & Piercing Dies, Winding Machine, swaging Machines etc., for companies like M/s BAJAJ AUTO LTD, JOHNSON & JOHNSON LTD (EITICON GROUP), COLGATE PALMOLIVE LTD, WIPRO LIGHTING LTD, etc.
We also developed tooling for clients which they initially used to Import from different Global Locations.

Entry into Designing & Manufacturing of Mechanical Fixtures
After successful journey of 7+ Years, We started Designing and Manufacturing of Mechanical Fixtures for Automobile industry parts Like UNDER BRACKET, FRONT FORK, OUTER TUBE, CLUTCH COVER, CLUTCH HOUSING, WHEEL HUB, TRANSMISSION CASE. The design was made through conventional methods. The Project was delivered successfully within the stipulated time & satisfying the desired customer requirements.
Experience made us tough and rigid to handle different projects simultaneously. This increased our Customer Base and created new opportunities for the Growth in the field of Fixtures.

It was time to Move On as customers were moving towards process optimization which opened a way for us to enter into Hydraulic and Pneumatics Clamping Fixtures; we started Design and Manufacturing of VMC Hydraulic Clamping Fixtures for M/s. Bajaj Auto Ltd & their vendors

Establishment of Alok Engineering Machine Tools
ASR Industries growth increased to the Next Level in the field of fixture Manufacturing. Meanwhile a new venture ASR Machine Tools Pvt Ltd (M61- MIDC,Waluj, Aurangabad) was established under ASR Group which started concentrating on Design and Manufacturing of Spares Required for Fixtures.
